Additional charges are added when a customer makes changes to the original order request. A 50% deposit is required prior to a job being started and not refundable once the order has been started. If you cancel your order before it has been started, you will be refunded, less a 25% fee (minimum $50). Rush orders require full estimate costs in advance. Any additional costs will be required prior to shipment. If I over estimated, you will be reimbursed when your order is shipped. Thank you .
