HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER Thank you for wanting to place an order from Davina Dawn Sewing Specialties. My goal is to make shopping a pleasant experience for you, providing you personal service with quality custom made products. To place a custom order/special request, please go to the side of the page and select "Special Order Inquiry" and email me the information that is requested. This is the only page in which you can right click, copy, paste into your email. On-line product purchase: Please use the shopping cart provided throughout the site. If you find a product that does not have the ability to add to the cart, please let me know so that I can fix this for you. Once you add an item to your cart, at the bottom you will be asked if you want to continue shopping, click this button and it will return you to the last page you were at. There is a 20% ($15 minimum) cancellation fee for all online orders. Local customers can place orders to be picked up. Paid in full via credit card, your order will be held and need to be picked up within a week. Items ordered with cash on delivery, will be held for one week only! You will not be charged shipping fees, unless you need it delivered (the shipping cost could be adjusted due to traveling expenses). I will not deliver outside the Concord/Penacook Area unless special arrangements have been made up front. Please include your preferred method of payment such as:
There is a $40 charge for returned, bounced checks. If your check bounces, it will be required that you submit your replacement payment, including fee, via USPS money order. Once I receive your order, I will confirm availability (my shopping cart does not keep track of availability as it is something I manually take care of) as well as confirm shipping costs , with a total amount due via email. Orders placed with a credit card payment are using shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement, except weekends. Orders placed Fri - Sun will be shipped Tuesday. I will e-mail you once your payment has been received and give you the ship date. If you are making payment via personal check, I will ship your order once your check clears (usually 12-15 days). The day your order is shipped you will receive an email from USPS with your tracking information. NOTE: All items that I have available are already on-line. Occasionally I have a few fashions needing to be uploaded. Please e-mail with your inquiries.
