HOME DECOR  PRICING GUIDE

Listed are some of the services provided.  Just inquire for your specific need.

Due to the variations of needs, I no longer list my prices.

Depending on your Home Decor type needs, your actual estimate could vary in price.

Additional charges are added when a customer makes changes to the original order request.  A 50% deposit is required prior to a job being started and not refundable once the order has been started.  If you cancel your order before it has been started, you will be refunded less a 25% fee ($50.00 min).  

Please provide plenty of time for your custom work to be completed.  Rush orders for home decor have a 50% added cost.

I try to provide you with a reasonable turn-around time, based on the orders I have on hand and other business obligations.  Actual start time is dependent upon when your material/deposit arrives, and if another order arrives prior to yours.  (ie: if another customer is quoted at the same time, yet their deposit arrives first, their job will be scheduled first, pushing back your start date).

Base Labor Rate	$55.00/hour
Shopping/Travel Expense Fee (plus mileage)	$50.00/hr + mileage
Consultation Fee when project begins, to confirm what you are requesting to have done, planning, etc.  This must be paid up front and is reduced off your final bill (excluding mileage).	$50.00/hour plus mileage where applicable
