This collar is for a child's dress.  You will need to have fabric to match for underneath along with interfacing.  Also, there are pieces one can use for a doll bib and heart shapes for doll clothing pockets.  What you see here is the whole piece.

Note:  These pictures are from the same panel.  For some reason the colors came out different with my camera and is closest to the color of the scalloped piece.

This collar is versatile.  You can make two collars, by using a contrasting fabric for the back side, or you can use the two pieces to make a reversible collar.  Use the hearts for doll pockets or other project you might have in mind.
